Anyone here tried to focus on Vitamin D, E, K2?

I heard some people say you need to "balance" the fat soluble vitamins. So lets assume most of us have too much Vitamin A, wouldnt it then make sense to load up on the other fat soluble vitamins to get into balance again?

I am pretty sure I cant be the first one that has thought about this. Anyone here tried to focus on Vitamin D, E, K2 while eating mostly normal? What were the results?

I've tried it, it doesn't work. Vitamin E brought minor symptom relief but if you read up on what it actually does (shunting VA into the liver) it doesn't seem like it's a good idea to consume it as a supplement at all. Although I don't think you need to be concerned about the amounts of Vitamin E you get in the diet.

I think Vitamin D and K are good for general health but they won't suddenly make VA not be toxic.
