Hi Orion, the idea os for the experiment to remain as simple and straightforward as is practical. I suspect their health health may be slightly sub par due to the restrictiveness of the diet, however if their health approached the territory of the original study, it should be quite obvious. For me atleast, it really all comes back to that original research.
