Ten-Year Update

I’ve now crossed the ten-year point on my vitamin A elimination diet experiment. That’s a big and important milestone for me on this journey. I know a few people have long ago been predicting that any day now I’d surely go blind if not drop over dead. Well, I’m sorry to disappoint them once again, but it still hasn’t happened.  My vision remains excellent, my health is great and I’ve absolutely no signs or symptoms of vA deficiency.

Like with last year’s update, I don’t have much new to report on health-wise this year. Other than my rather nasty encounter with niacin overload that I reported on here this past year for me has been pretty much a steady state of good health. I’ve now fully recovered from that niacin toxicity condition.

The only noticeable changes to report on is that once again I feel my energy level is a bit higher and more consistent throughout the day than compared to last year.  In spring of 2023 I was forced out of my job (a consequence of the plandemic) and I’ve taken on a new job that has quite often required me to work extra hours. From an energy level perspective, I have no problem at all sometimes working for 12 hours long.

Summary of Health Conditions

Skin health

Once again, like with last year’s update, I’ve noticed that some areas of my skin have continued to improve. That should sound a bit crazy because I’ve been saying the same thing for the last 8 or so years. And, for the last several years I’ve been reporting that my skin is ultra smooth and healthy, like probably the best it’s been in my adult life. So how can I now say I’m still seeing improvements?

Well, it’s because there were a few stubborn spots that I thought would never fully recover.  One was the spot on my face that was heavily damaged and scarred from the use of steroid creams.  Surprisingly, it made a huge recovery just in this last year, I’d say it’s now about 95% recovered. I never expected that to happen. Additionally, the age spots on my face, and some brown spots in other areas have completely disappeared.  How long did this take? Oh, only 10 years!

Something else I’ve noticed over the last few years is that my skin is far more elastic now. It’s hard for me to describe it. But when I compare my face with others my age there’s clearly an obvious difference.

Bone Health

My bone and joint health continue to feel great. As I had written about in my nine-year update, my joint health was one of the first aspects of my health to make a huge recovery and has never relapsed. My joints feel super smooth, and I have no joint stiffness in the mornings, and like none of any kind.

Something interesting happened when I had the DXA Scan (Bone Density Test) performed a few years ago.  Prior to doing the scan the lab technician gave me his standard introductory spiel. The conversation went like this:

Lab Tech: I’m just the technician, and as such I am not able to provide patients with results. I send the images and a report back to the prescribing physician for interpretation and consultation. You need to go back to them for the results.

Me: Ok, fine, I understand.

The lab tech runs the scan (taking only a few minutes), and then pretty much jumps out of his chair.

Lab Tech: Wow, what am I seeing here?

Me: What do you mean?

Lab Tech:  You have the bones of a twenty-year-old!

Me: Oh, that’s a nice surprise, it must be something I’m eating.

So much for not being able to share the results with the patient. But it’s nice to know that not everyone in the medical sector strictly follows the rules.

As I had written about in my eBook, there’s only one food-based chemical that’s known to cause bone loss and that’s vitamin A.  Furthermore, we have this interesting fact:

However, given that the incidence of osteoporosis appears to be highest in countries with adequate calcium and vitamin D intakes and where the intake of preformed vitamin A is the highest, it is probable that other nutrition factors play a role. Clearly, more research is warranted, and studies should be designed to assess both vitamin A intake and status in persons with bone loss to clarify the remaining questions about the role of preformed vitamin A on bone in humans.

Now, just what do you suppose is causing the bone loss and osteoporosis in almost all of our seniors?

USASerumLevelByAge

Oh gee, what could it be? Therefore, it’s no wonder my bones, teeth and gums are now feeling so strong and solid after 10 years without it.

The Eye Exam

A few weeks back I had another eye exam done.  This is really important because we’ve all been told that so-called vitamin A is essential for eye health and vision. So, now after 10 years of being on the most extreme vitamin A deficient diet humanly possible I surely should have gone blind by now, or at least have developed severe xerophthalmia. Of course, all my skin should have completely disintegrated as well due to lack of proper stem cell differentiation. But, nope, none of that has happened. Rather it’s just the opposite.

As the eye doc was completing the exam, the discussion surprisingly went like this:

Eye Doc: You have no signs of any glaucoma, no macular degeneration, no cataracts, and the retinas are in perfect condition.

Me: Ok, good to hear.

Eye Doc: Do you have your phone with you?

Me: Yes, I do, why?

Eye Doc: You should take a picture of what I have on my screen. This display is showing that you have perfect eye health. That’s indicated by everything in the solid green. This is what I usually see in twenty-year olds.

Just to be clear, he didn’t say: “you have good eye health”, rather he said: “you have perfect eye health.”

Except, although I may have perfect eye health, I don’t have perfect vision. He did say that I could benefit from having driving glasses to improve my long-distance vision (out past 80 metres).  The driving glasses are not required but suggested. However, I’ll attribute that condition to having worked on a computer 8 hours a day for the last 30 years. So, my eyes are naturally conditioned to this shorter focal length.  Anyways, I’m not going to get the driving glasses at this time.  I don’t need reading glasses, as my close-up and near range vision is excellent.

Regardless, now at age 64 and not needing to regularly wear glasses still puts me into the top 10% of people my age. Something like 92% of my cohort needs glasses, and I don’t. Hmm, go figure? BTW, my low light (night vision) is excellent too.

This exam experience sounded familiar, and there seems to be a pattern developing. About 5 years ago when I last had my cholesterol checked, my GP said: You have the blood pressure and cholesterol levels of a 15 year old. A bit surprisingly, he showed no curiosity as to why that might be.

Anyways, what the heck do you make of that “perfect eye health” result after 10 years of being in a state of “severe vitamin A deficiency”? Well, I’ll tell you what I make of it; the claim that so-called vitamin A is essential for eye health, vision, etc. is a complete f’n scam. And a scam of colossal magnitude and scope.

Vitamin A serum level test

I was finally able to get another vitamin A serum level test. This is not easily accomplished since physicians here in Canada are not allowed to requisition lab work without a clinical need. Anyways, after some finagling, I had a requisition.  The sequence of events with the lab was almost identical to what happened with my last test back in 2018. Like back then, my first sample was rejected by the lab. Presumably because the test result was too low, the lab tech assumed that the sample had been compromised (say by being exposed to bright light). I was asked to provide a second sample. Anyway, the result back in 2018  and then again in 2019 was the same:

Vitamin A:

(Below low normal)  0.1 µmol/L

With the following advisory warning: Vitamin A levels less than 0.4 µmol/L correlate with severe deficiency. Supplementation is advised.”

The average for men my age is more like 2.2 µmol/L.

Therefore, my level (the red x shown at the bottom of the chart) back in 2018 was about twenty times lower than normal.

This year the process with the lab was the same. They again rejected the first sample, and I was asked to provide a second one. However, this year the result for the second sample was reported at 0.3 µmol/L. And with the same dire warning about being in a state of severe deficiency.

Of course I was hugely disappointed by that result. Although it is still super low, it is not the 0.0  µmol/L I was hoping for either.  Also, I find that reported value to be slightly suspect as well. Afterall, in the last six years I’ve been super strict with my diet, and I’ve also made about 30 plasma donations since 2018, each of about 850 ml. Therefore, it doesn’t seem logical for my vitamin A level to have somehow increased from 0.1 µmol/L to now being at 0.3 µmol/L.  It’s not impossible, but still quite unlikely.

Maybe the lab tech has some discretion and interpretation room when the test result is at these low levels? Maybe this low value is near the detection level of the test?  I don’t know, and that’s just speculation on my part. However, right now I’d give it a 50/50 chance that the reported value is correct and accurate. I’ll need to somehow get another test to confirm that result either way.

However, there is another plausible explanation. It may have been caused by my bingeing on the niacin laced sourdough bread for the last eight months of 2023.  Niacin is documented to mobilise and significantly reduce the fat stored in the liver. Therefore, what could have happened is that exposure to excess niacin could have resulted in very old and deeper storage of vA laden liver fat to be released into circulation. Although plausible, that too is just speculation. But, if true, then I think it would place so-called vitamin A in the same category of other POPs (Persistent Organic Pollutants) and being another toxic “forever” chemical.

Regardless, I’ll now probably need to travel to the USA to get another test.  In the meantime, I’ll double down on the plasma donations.

Fitness and Muscle Strength

Back in the fall of 2022 I suffered a medium serious weightlifting injury.  When doing pull-ups I started to stretch and damage a few tendons. Basically, my muscle strength had exceeded the strength of the tendons.  So, for most of 2023 and for the first 5 months of this year I’ve not been lifting much at all.  I feel that I’ve now made a full recovery and have started lifting again. I’m just keeping the weight down in a more reasonable range.

None-the-less, my single rep bench press is still at 265 lbs. Although that’s nothing too amazing, being only ~160 lbs in body weight that still puts me in the top 1% of lifters of my age.  And surprisingly I’ve been able to retain most of my scurvy induced tumours as well.  Anyways, the only reason I’m sharing this information is because muscle strength is regarded as one of the key indicators of health in seniors.

As far as endurance goes, at the lower weights I seem to be able to do a lot of sets / reps and not fatigue. Like somewhat amazingly so.  Likewise for cycling. A few times I’ve gone out with some 25 yo guys and I have no problem keeping up with them, and even on the hill climbs.  Go figure? Yup, this vitamin A deficiency thing is a real bitch of a condition. Somewhat related, as I’ve reported before, I just don’t sweat much at all when exercising.

Body weight

As with last year’s update, my body weight has remained very steady right at about 160 lbs, currently at 158 lbs.  And I remain in that range regardless of how many carbs I consume. Anyways, what is important is that I’ve consistently maintained that weight for the last 8 years without even trying. Most people know that losing weight is not too difficult. Whereas, what is really difficult is maintaining the weight loss over the long term. This is the first time in my adult life that I’ve been able to do that, and the first time in my adult life where I’ve not been overweight.  And it has been rather easy-peasy to do. Go figure?

No colds or the flu in the last 10 years

Something else interesting to report on is that I haven’t had a single cold or flu in the last 10 years. I did have 2-3 very low energy days (but with no sinus congestion) in the summer of 2021 at the peak of the pandemic. But there’s another explanation for that event.

Why no colds or the flu?  Well, quite simply put it’s because they are not caused by viruses. That claim is just another gigantic scam.  What I now believe, is no, you don’t and can’t “catch” a cold or flu. Rather they are simply caused by a surge in retinyl ester circulation. I’ll explain it more completely when I finally get around to writing my overdue blog post on so-called viruses. Anyways, for now, my bet is that other people on a long term low vA diet are also going to be reporting the same phenomenon: never getting a cold or the flu, and like not ever again.

The real-world consequences of “severe vitamin A” deficiency

So now, here’s the official new list of the real-world consequences of long-term “severe vitamin A” deficiency?

  • Great, if not perfect skin health
  • Great cardiovascular health
  • Perfect eye health, and excellent vision
  • Great bone and dental health
  • Super smooth and nimble joints
  • Top of the range in muscle strength and endurance
  • Near perfect body weight and BMI
  • No colds or flus
  • No autoimmune diseases – and reversal thereof
  • No kidney disease – and reversal thereof
  • No fatty liver disease
  • Perfect GI health
  • No anxiety, depression, etc.
  • Clear thinking, very calm, and fast learning at age 60+
  • Vastly improved sleep quality
  • Vastly increased tolerance to sun exposure
  • Almost never sweat
  • Extremely likely to have eliminated any risk of developing Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, Schizophrenia etc.

How can this be?  Well, it’s because the whole “it’s a vitamin” claim has been a giant freaking scam from day one. Albeit, a very successful and massively profitable scam, it is a scam.  Of course, of no surprise at all is that there are other goals that this scam has accomplished that are in perfect alignment with the long stated grand plans of global elites.

Paola Dziwetzki has described so-called “vitamin A” as being humanity’s kryptonite. I completely agree with her. This horrible and disgusting vitamin imposter is largely responsible for decimating human health worldwide over the last 50 years.

No community survey this year

In some of the prior years I’ve put up surveys to gauge community progress and other results. However, this year, and last, I decided not to do one. One of the primary reasons for that decision was the complicating factors due to the pandemic and the fallout from that.

I’ve had a number of people contact me telling a very similar story, saying something along the lines of:

I’ve been following a low vitamin A diet for x years and doing great. Then, about 2 years ago my health took a sudden turn for the worse. I now have x,y, and z conditions (often including chronic fatigue).

My immediate follow up question has been: Did you take the covid vaccines?

The answer has always been yes, they did.

Since ~ 80% of American and Canadian adults have taken the covid vaccines, we now have this significant confounding factor in gauging people’s real health progress with a low vitamin A diet. Back in 2021 I’d shared in this great post by Johannes why I suspected RA had been secretly included in the covid vaccines. Now, in 2024 after searching through 100’s of thousands of records of reported adverse reactions I have absolutely zero doubt about it. All the telltale signs of RA poisoning are there, for example: swollen and inflamed lips (aka accutane lips), dry eyes, blurred vision, pressure on the brain, brain fog, depression, anxiety, tinnitus, rapid hair loss, chronic fatigue, miscarriages, and a lot more.  BTW, there are more than 10,000 reports of anxiety and depression. What’s one of the most common “side-effects” of accutane use? It’s: anxiety and depression.

Unfortunately for some people their efforts in reducing their vitamin A intake were probably abruptly and completely wiped out, and far worse.

Assessing Project Progress

When I first started this project, I didn’t know what to expect for getting interest. Afterall, it was just a theory.  Even if there was something to it, I thought it would probably take about 10 years to get any real traction. Early on the most common reaction to this theory was that it was equivalent to “crazy flat-earther bullshit”. The idea that medical science had gotten something so fundamental so wrong was just unthinkable, and completely unacceptable.

I also had a lot of very negative pushback from the naysayers and cynics steadfastly clinging to the pharma propaganda of so-called vitamin A being essential and that sooner or later I’d surely face the dire consequences of my foolishness.  I genuinely can’t understand why it is so hard for these people to simply and objectively look at the evidence and judge it based on that. Whatever happened to being able to think for oneself? Here’s what I think happens.

A false narrative is started, either due to poorly conducted or botched science, or other motives. But much more commonly it is started out of a profit motive. But, given the now absolutely proven to be a cult-like mentality that permeates the world-wide medical sector, no one is allowed, or even dares, to question it. Before long, that false claim then becomes an entrenched belief, and the de facto “science.” Although it’s based on a lie, it becomes an unquestionable dogma. With that, it’s extremely difficult to overturn because many corrupt parties have a huge vested interest in maintaining the lie. Unfortunately, this is now the standard operating procedure within the medical establishment. Their entire business model relies on you and your family being sick and diseased. Therefore, the very last thing they want is to actually expose the root cause of disease and therefore a true cure. No, the word CURE is an absolutely disgusting four-letter word in their vocabulary.

Anyways, I’ll use this graphic to describe the progress of adoption of this project.

I feel we’ve now moved from the Unthinkable stage to at least the Acceptable, and maybe even into the Sensible stage. However, we are definitely not yet into the Popular stage.

Today, I think there are at least 10,000 people from around the world participating in this project.  The growth rate is doubling about once per year. I’m quite happy with that result. Some of that growth in interest is due to the fact that the low vitamin A diet is working for many people. Although it is working slowly, it is indeed working. And word is getting out there. Of course, a lot of the increased interest in this project over the years has been due to the work of Dr. Garrett Smith. Thank-you.

But it most certainly is not all good news here either. Unfortunately, we also have a pretty high dropout rate as well. That’s presumably due to people not seeing results, or not seeing results fast enough. Although there have been some good success stories, and many people are indeed seeing an improvement in their overall health, there are still far too few. So, we’ve definitely not yet cracked the code on how to make the process more reliable for more people.

I don’t know what the critical mass of people needed to take this concept to mainstream adoption is, but I suspect it is probably several million. Even with an annual doubling rate it will take us about another 6-7 years to get to 1 million people. Although that would be fantastic, it’s still too long for my liking. I hate to say it, but maybe having a few celebrities adopting this project and reporting success stories would be the best way to accelerate it.

Of course, widespread adoption is not going to happen without serious resistance. Afterall we are really talking about exposing the fact that much of humanity is being slowly and systematically poisoned into chronic diseases. Malevolent or not, it is just an indisputable fact that most of the chronic disease in the world is being caused by poisonings. And so-called vitamin A is one of the most significant and most responsible poisons causing it. Therefore, the chronic diseases are largely mostly man-made diseases. Those in high places do not want this fact to ever be exposed.

Are we getting noticed by the medical community?

No, not at all publicly. But, yes, we’ve definitely been noticed.

Over the last ten years I’ve had about 5 or 6 M.D.s contact me with very supportive feedback. Some said that they’d get more involved once they’ve retired. Although that’s a bit disappointing, I understand their position. I had one very interesting conversation with a recent new graduate from one of the top medical schools in the USA.  He’d recently and independently come to his own conclusions about what’s really going on in the medical establishment. To paraphrase him, he said it was completely clear to him that it’s nothing more than a giant drug-pushing mafia operation. He decided he wanted nothing to do with that and left medicine. Good for him, for he retains ownership of his own soul. Reading my eBooks was just the icing on the cake for him so-to-speak, and he completely agreed with my conclusions about so-called vitamin A.

I’ve also been contacted by a few medical researchers from around the world, and all with very supportive feedback. I’ve also had a lot of very nice and supportive feedback and a collaborative relationship with Anthony Mawson almost from the beginning of this project. So, this theory is no longer radical, or too far out in left field. It is now definitely acceptable. Except, I know we still have a very long slow road ahead before we get real traction within the medical community.  My bet is that it will never happen. There’s just too much money on the line for that to be allowed to happen. Moreover, governments will never, ever, admit to making such a colossal mistake.

But this project has most certainly not gone completely unnoticed by the medical establishment either. I’ll just leave it at that.

Mistakes and what I’d do differently

I’ve made some mistakes along the way, and there are some things that I’d do differently if I could go back in time and do it over again.

Activated Charcoal

As I mentioned in my Tackling the Detox Setback blog post, I feel I could have made a faster recovery if I had used activated charcoal more consistently.

Black beans

Although I seemed to have done reasonably well with the black beans, given that a lot of other people have reported bad results from them I think it would be prudent to either not eat them at all, or very little.  Meaning, maybe it’s time to cross them off the suggested food list? But I really don’t know. Personally, I’ve now significantly reduced the beans in my own diet, and I’ve not noticed any positive or negative results from that change.

Too many foods in my 3-item diet

I might have also done better and recovered faster if I had gone on a pure carnivore diet (all muscle meat only) for say the first 2-3 years. But I really don’t know that for sure. I now think that a higher fat content of the diet would help avoid the detox setback that some people encounter. Also, if your goal is to lose weight as well as regain your health then I think the carnivore diet (all muscle meat only) is one of your best bets in the near term.

Thinking that I’ve fully recovered

I think the biggest mistake I made was that about after year #3 I kept on saying to myself: “Okay, I’ve made a pretty good recovery, and this is probably as good as it’s going to get.”

That is one of the reasons I’ve often stated that I was not continuing with my super restrictive diet for health reasons, but rather only to prove a scientific point. But, quite surprisingly, there were indeed more health benefits from sticking with it. Although small, and incremental, they are continuing to add up.

Plasma donations

Not making more plasma donations was another mistake.  Rather than doing only ~ 5 per year, I now think I should have been doing about 20 or more per year. Coincidentally, the last time I donated the woman in the station next to me was making her 700th plasma donation. I got to say she looked rather healthy and happy.

Using diet alone

Relying too much on diet alone was probably another mistake.  Being generally against taking supplements I never seriously investigated many of them other than zinc and taurine. Most importantly I was always thinking that I’ve made such a big improvement in my health that I’m not going to risk it by taking supplements.  And I still feel that way. Of course, so many of the supplement promoters are BS scammers who will try to sell you anything to make a quick buck.  And they sure don’t care one tiny bit about your health and the harm they may cause you or your family. Therefore, we need to be exceedingly careful. Personally, I simply don’t trust anyone’s claims regarding the pills they are selling.

As such, I have always been waiting for other people to test things out and report their results. I’ve been hoping that if this project can get enough traction eventually someone will discover something truly effective to help streamline and accelerate the recovery process.

I’m now thinking that simple baking soda may just fit the bill, as it definitely has the potential to neutralise retinoic acid. It also has a long history of use by endurance athletes.

Maybe Garrett Smith and Kelsey are on to something important with the nicotinic acid? It would be fantastic if that theory proved out.  However, right now, I simply don’t know.  Therefore, I’m taking a wait-and-see position on what the real-world results are on that one.

What’s next for me?

Yes, of course, I’ll be sticking to my ultra-low vitamin A diet for the rest of my life.

In my nine-year update I mentioned that I had become interested in a new research project. It is related to one of the key claims used to support the global warming hysteria.  To get started on this project one of the first things I did was to look for existing data relevant to my theory. What I found was rather disturbing. There was indeed important data previously published supporting it. However, that data is now gone. The original reports are still published, but the incriminating data has been removed from the documents. Hmm, I think I’ve seen this activity before. Moreover, there is at least one major Western Government actively blocking (via legislation) the collection of more data. Clearly, there’s just no low point to which these people won’t stoop to make a buck. For these psychopaths, and yes, they are indeed psychopaths, systematically poisoning most of humanity and the global environment as well are all just a standard part of conducting their business. It’s now completely obvious to me that the “Global Warming” scam is just part of their cover story to conceal the colossal environmental damage they are causing. Of course, “Global Warming” is also a perfect multi-use “crisis” providing the needed excuses for inflicting more taxes on us, and to manipulate and exert more global control over the world’s populations.

Where does that leave me regarding this project? On one hand, I feel there’s little point in proving something that major Western Governments already clearly know about. Moreover, regardless of what evidence I might be able to bring to light, it will be ignored, and at best suppressed. On the other hand, this topic is too important to not at least try to do something about. Anyways, I hope to pursue this project more actively in the new year.

The funding required to conduct the needed experiments is in the range of about $10,000. I’ll be retired next year and won’t have the discretionary budget to fund it myself. So, I’ll try to find a source of funding. I would ideally like to partner with an existing non-profit environmental organisation on it.

Upcoming follow-up blog posts:

Back in 2018 I wrote this blog post on Obesity Causation. Although I think that most of the information therein is still accurate and correct, it is also quite incomplete. I think I now have a much better understanding of the mechanisms and processes involved. And it completely dovetails into the diabetes topic as well. I’ll endeavour to post it up within a few months.

A few years ago, I mentioned doing a comprehensive post on viruses. But I put that on hold due to the insanity going on during the pandemic. Of course, the virus topic is still a very important one, and I’ll try to find the time to do it in the next six months as well.

Other Topics:

I’ll publish an updated 10 Year Anniversary Edition of my eBooks. I’ll finally get around to fixing the typos, the misplaced and excessive use of commas, etc.  I might make the books available in print copy as well.

The future of this blog:

It costs me about $370 CDN per year for hosting this blog. That cost is high because of the use of the forum, as it requires a business subscription on WordPress. So, I have a few options:

  1. Take down the forum and go with the lower cost personal subscription.
  2. Keep the forum and put up a Patreon campaign (etc.) to help fund it.
  3. Other (maybe finding a lower cost WordPress hosting platform).

Please let me know your recommendations and suggestions.

Thank-you again for everyone’s participation in this project. We are no doubt pioneering something that is very important.

  1. I, for one, would love a print copy of your books. I checked with Staples to print Poisoned for Profits, darn, it would cost over $105.00 US dollars. Do you have a place that individuals can donate to you? Thank you.

    1. Outstanding accuracy. Please do keep on as you can.
      Suggestions
Talk with Lulu.com about self publishing. A number of authors have used them and still use them well. My guess reading this blog is that the majority of folk on here are quietly watching and learning and grateful for you.

      1. One of our favorite ways to help spread good word is to give copies of your books. We are the same people who will sometimes argue with a troll but overall, we prefer to learn from good sound experiments and to build on that experience. Arguing out mental masturbations that pretend the blog’s fundamental premises are wrong ad infinitum are not

      2. ad infinitum are not what we quieter folk are going to do. When we give a copy of a book, we know we have presented an idea adequately. What our target audience does with that idea is up to them.

Charge a small annual fee to post comments here. $10? $20?

      3. More and more amazed at the folk on these threads ignoring the crux and inherent proof in your evidence and ideas. A small fee will probably not change the troll rate. The occasional removal of trolls will probably change a few attitudes.

    2. Your work and this blog is the best I could read. I am sharing this information because I see everyone taking a ton of supplements mainly ADEK and others recommended by alternative medicine gurus, those who as they describe themselves are fighting the pharmaceutical mafia. Good for you.

      1. I myself am a victim of vitamin D, or rather a combination: ADEK. My joints stiffened, I became like a statue, withered, then a knee arthroscopy due to an accident in the mountains. It’s like dominoes. I have not taken vitamin D and the ADEK combination for 3 years. Plus I am trying to implement the A elimination diet, but the problem is sugar (sweet products).

    Looking forward to this.

    1. Taking accutane is like making a deal the devil, a possibly of short term gain in exchange for subsequent life long pain and suffering. In addition to all the horrible “side-effects” of this drug, multiple people have reported developing Hidradenitis suppurativa after using it, and that’s the most extreme form of acne.
