Funny timing that this popped up in my inbox this morning, as it was this very article that first opened my eyes to the possibility of Vitamin A toxicity (which I'd mentioned in my progress report posted yesterday). And scrolling down through the comments below the article, I even recognised the comment that convinced me to look into the matter more deeply. See submission by ‘Barbara’ dated February 17, 2019 in which she wrote:
Re-think everything you thought you knew about nutrition and health. Vitamin A never was a vitamin to begin with. Deficiency symptoms are toxicity symptoms. Read Grant Genereux's books.
