I've been on the diet for a year and 5 months so far. i wish i got a baseline test, but i've tested every 4 months since i started. depending on how much vitamin A stores you have, it will probably take awhile before you start seeing significant decreases in your VA blood levels, at least based on my results. dr. smith has seen clients who have had low baselines and jump up quite a bit after starting the diet. labs are in ug/dl:
4 months: 68
8 months: 65
12 months: 62
16 months: 45
That's really interesting Pano. Doing the test quarterly is something I'm thinking would help me stay on track and remain encouraged. I'll be following your lead with a second test in April. That was a nice drop in the last four months, hope you find that you can accelerate the detox comfortably. Three more 17-point drops and you'll be at Grant-level serum-A. Maybe we could create a coffee-table book with photos of success stories and labs. I encouraged the Austin Blues Society years ago to promote the blues in this manner, like Steve Harris did for Texas singer-songwriters. https://utpress.utexas.edu/books/hartru He was the house photographer for Rockefeller's club in Houston. I was at the book-signing and after meeting a few songwriters there, realized how fun it would be to attend a show by each artist photographed. It was a real hoot taking that book to music venues and sharing it and stories with other fans. Picture a Zero-A book-signing with Grant and a bunch of us meeting and greeting people. Does anybody think it's time for a comin' out party somewhere? Grant, how hot does it get in Alberta mid-summer?
