Aajonus

I’m not sure who Aajonus is? You posted something without much context, and you also posted on a forum where people are using low Vitamin A to rectify health issues known to be caused (in part large or small) by Vitamin A intake.
I am not really seeing your point other than to cause an argument?

Quote from lil chick on July 13, 2026, 4:09 amGosh I think I've posted about him before, but I can't find it now. What a character, that guy
The major tenet that I associate with him is the raw and "high" (rotten) meat....Carrots and raw milk sure weren't all of what he was doing. And raw honey too.

I remember when I was on a WAPF list, a woman there (very nice BTW, Australian) used some of Aajonus' ideas and gave her small child a horrible case of worms. (via eating "high meat"). Worms coming out all her orifices. Yikes.
Maybe I put him in the same category as Wim Hoff in which he has interesting ideas, but you might not want to take them as far as he does. (for instance, there are lists of people who have drowned doing Wim-Hoff-like ice dunks). There have been other people on the web who have said things like: "This case of worms cured my asthma"... And I remember Tim 2 posting about that before. (he was against parasite exposure, for the record).
Turn-of-the-century people used a raw milk diet to cure TB (along with porches). I actually believe in raw milk and still drink it. I've dropped many other raw foods, such as sushi. (I think because of Tim 2's warnings and also because I'm getting older?).
As for carrots, I wonder... if you are a person with a heavy parasite load, maybe the chemicals plants make to ward off bugs and worms actually "get used up"? I've always thought vitamin A is used as a weapon. (as are other veg chemicals). Perhaps if veg toxins are a weapon (and I'm NOT saying expose yourself to worms, just the opposite) that is why we pack vitamin A away for later? Maybe one of the reasons vitamin A is in mother's milk? Maybe the reason that spicy food is so prevalent in tropical zones?
I have (sometimes) worried that if a person gets ultra-low in vitamin-A and other veg toxins... would they become less apt to be able to fight off parasites or germs? However, it seems so far that the opposite is true. People here on this site seem to become better at fighting off germs, for instance, several have said that their Lyme disease issues have reduced or that they no longer get colds. Perhaps when your "arsenal" is too full, the veg weapons become their own burden, friendly-fire so to speak. The tissues become inflamed and more apt to be invaded. However, this idea might play into why I'm not on a zero vitamin-a diet. (Actually I almost think it would be impossible to eat a zero-vitamin-A diet...)
Raw honey has some important usages. Manuka honey really helps me when I get canker sores or laryngitis. Another of nature's antibiotics?
