Acceptable Fish on Low VA Diet

I was looking to incorporate more fish into my diet in replacement of beef at times and wanted to see if anyone has had success with any particular types and if their are any types that should be specifically avoided? Locally where I am in Florida there is a lot of grouper, snapper, and blue fish, but I am wondering if I should stick to the purest white flesh fish filets such as Cod or Chilean Sea Bass? Thanks

I saw on this handy dandy list that clean fish such as sole and flounder are considered okay. I'm sure it would need to be a non-oily fish, obviously from warmer waters.
