Any people here done low PUFA, no seedoil before low vA diet?

There is compelling studies and anecdotes that Linoleic acid is a big driver of chronic disease.  see https://www.reddit.com/r/StopEatingSeedOils/ for more on this.

There are many interesting parallels between the LA story and the vitamin-a story. Both stored for a long time and take years to get rid of, both poisoning you, correlate well with the increases in disease. Both supposedly falsely labeled as essential. According to Amber Ohearn they are functionally and structurally very similar she even called vitamin-a a honorary PUFA. When people avoid them they seem to get remarkable health improvements. There are probably more parallels that i am missing.

Anyone done low PUFA for  years before trying the low vitamin-a approach? what benefits if any did you see from low vitamin-a post PUFA depletion?

@kularity I think no seed oils is one of the first things people start doing when they start to "eat healthy". Doesn't matter if it's whole food plant based or paleo, keto or whatever.. I think Peat and people from Ray Peat forum were a bit over the top with this avoid PUFAs. Like they would say oats are not good because they are high in PUFA lol.. Now I think even seeds and nuts are not a problem if you don't eat insane amounts of them and if they are in natural form.. They come with vit E etc... But avoiding refined vegetable oils is a must that's for sure..

Iron-stimulated lipid peroxidation is known to block steroid formation, and vitamin A is very susceptible to destruction by iron and oxidation

Most anyone on a carnivore diet was avoiding PUFAs unless for some reason they cooked their meats in PUFAs or ate at restaurants a lot or ate fish high in omega 3s. Restaurants always using PUFA cooking oil. So I would think most carnivore dieters are low in PUFAs.
