Anyone eating avocados? Will the benefits outweigh the vA?

I love avocados and have been tempted to have some.  First I read that vA absorption from fruits and veggies is fractional of the total vA content.  But Google seems to say avocados increases vA absorption and conversion of beta carotene to vA in an outrages amount, like 1200%.  But vA from the avocados is all the vA i'm consuming, that seems like it would'nt be a problem, right?

Anyone have any thoughts or have been eating avocados?

They are fairly low. I have yet to reintroduce. I like them in the summer, but I don't crave them in the winter.

Give them a try and see for yourself, especially if you craving it. The low A diet is very personal. If you feel like risking it and if you are ok with the possibility of a setback, please give it a try and report your experience with others.

Wow on top of eating tons of sweet potatoes , broccoli, bell peppers, leafy greens and overloading on vitamin D for 3 months but Avocados!!!???  I ate so much of as well.  Everything that I thought was healthy.

So many diff forms cartenoids to look out for.

Thank you.  Avocados Are especially off limits.

I did eat one avocado on the 15th. Hard to connect my bad day on the 18th with it. Could be many factors.
