Are Supplements Ruining the Low Vitamin A diet?
Quote from Tanveen on September 11, 2025, 1:58 amYes, think so too. I’ve been doing minced turkey, pinto beans and rice and it seems to suit me better (think I am also iron toxic as had an iron infusion before I knew about this forum).

We used to think I was too suspicious of my siblings to the point of paranoia until we saw one of my siblings put his own son into 24 hour psyche facility with forced psyche meds for years. Kid was a piece of work before they forced his first prescription on him. He was far worse before they committed him and forced more meds down his throat. Those meds are no joke. Given what that sibling's other kid (the "sane" one) has done in last 10 years, I would have thought that sibling would have more doubts about his past decisions. And he should start wondering soon how happy he is going to be when that "sane" kid gets power of attorney and does the same to him in his last years left.
This was done by my sisters to my mother. (They aren't medical professionals either, just concerned libs). I was able to get her out after a few weeks. My mother's health was all downhill from there and she died of bone cancer a few months later. I was careful around them ever after. I don't argue with them ever, and I don't volunteer information which can be used against me. Sounds ridiculous when I write it out, but involuntary commitment is nothing to laugh about. Thomas Szasz has written countless books on the subject.
