asking for a friend

A friend of mine would like to know if he has vitamin A toxicity.

He is portly, some might consider him obese, but really just overweight-- as many are these days.

His hair has gone completely white-- beard and brows too.

His face is quite red--perhaps the beginnings of rosacea.

He lives pretty far north and so might not be getting much Vit D. He likes to snowbird down to Florida when he can, but he's awfully busy.

He has trouble turning down milk and cookies (who doesn't?), and therefore has probably been relatively high in VA intake.

What do you think, guys?
