asthma (and adrenal/thyroid balance)
Quote from lil chick on December 18, 2019, 11:39 amI was just doing dishes and thinking about Eliza and others who are experiencing asthma as part of detox.
It came to me in a flash that several people in my family of "VA stingy" types have had passing bouts with issues that respond to taking steroids (like asthma). In the holistic world, when you have a symptom that responds to steroids, it means you don't have enough adrenal.
As a child I remember multiple times sitting with an asthmatic relative while he received intravenous adrenalin. Instant fix.
Now, what are we ALSO seeing among many of us!? STRONGER THYROIDS
The adrenal and thyroid systems NEED TO BE IN BALANCE
These systems need to come up together. Are people's adrenals lagging behind their thyroids?
In the past, what I have read that helps adrenal is: healthy fats, not eating sweets or caffeine.. ie good blood sugar, vitamin C, good rest, salt, happiness
I'm sure there are other things! (please post them)
TIME might needed as well, for the systems to align.
