Bad Start to Vit A Detox

Hey All,

A few weeks I was on this Dr L wilson diet which I modified for myself for my intolerances, so I was having a high carotenoid steamed  veg (carrots, butternut squash, celery, rutagaba and radish) and animal protein, I felt a million times better on it and functioned a lot better: vitality, energy,ADD, gallbladder issues all were a million times better , but I noticed it was making me insulin resistant, I also had a very bad reaction when I took TUDCA( a bile acid supplement) with a meal that had a lot of carrots and butternut squash and I couldn't tolerate yellow foods after that, but orange foods like carrots still seemed to be fine.

So I came across Vitamin A toxicity and Dr smiths LYL programme and people suggested I cut out the carrots and butternut squash - the high Vit A foods, my plan was to do it gradually which I was doing but one day I didn't feel like carrots and celery at all, since that day my body has gone into a severe detox where I've had , burning rashes on legs and feet, nerve pain, numbness and complete loss of sensation and function in the genitals, bad eyesight and night blindless, bad fatigue and extremely low motivation, hair falling out, bad gallbladder pain, itchy skin/scalp, bad social anxiety and autistic symptoms, inability to function and think, headaches and nausea at times.
It has been 2 weeks of hell and I'm concerned that my body is getting damaged by this because that's what it feels like, I don't tolerate a small piece of carrot now since the detox symptoms started and I also don't feel like eating them at all. So it seems like my body has gone into detox mode and I can't go back now to what I was doing before.
I've been taking the supplements that are suggested on the LYL programme which have helped a bit at times but other times they do nothing good or bad, I never pushed detox too hard through foods and supplements my body just went into this extreme state by itself. I had already been taking lactoferrin, zinc, molybendum for a long time before this Vit A detox and they don't cause me issues.

I've had gallbladder issues and gallstones since April so my diet has been pretty limited because of that, can't tolerate oxalates and a lot of fats, I was eating this organic brown sourdough bread on this detox but that seemed to make the detox a lot worse I guess because of the aldehydes so I've cut that out now.
I haven't been able to eat any kind of rice (white being the worst) since my gallbladder went wrong  in April  apart from red rice but a month ago I stopped tolerating it. So I'm down to beef, chickpeas, black chickpeas, parsnips (possibly organic chicken but I haven't felt like that since I started this detox probably because it contains Vit A). I tried some almonds as people said fats slow down the detox but this just caused gallbladder pain and this seems to be the case with most fats that aren't saturated because saturated fats are what stimulate bile release. There's only one fat that has helped me since my gallbladder went wrong, which is the specific brand of milk chocolate that contains cocoa butter, milk powder and sugar and no vegetable oils or emulsifiers, it could be because its just fast digesting and doesn't require much bile release. The ground beef is also not ideal as that can cause gallbladder pain even when I strain the fat out of it, red meat seems to be particularly bad for people with gallbladder issues and also meat decreases the solubility of the bile.

The last few days I've felt like death and started craving milk chocolate very badly, well the milk chocolate seemed to get rid of most of the bad symptoms and I feel a lot better, it also seemed to help me excrete more vitamin a in stools (orange) and urine (stinging) which I was struggling to do before as at times in the detox I was finding it hard to urinate despite me needing to go. I do think its the animal Vit A, calcium, Palmitic Acid, Stearic acid, caffeine that helped, people say Palmitic Acid, Stearic acid are harmful on a Vit A detox as they create harmful retinoic esters and send it to the liver for storage and just provide short term relief, I'm not sure about that it seems to have helped things massively and done something good.
