Banned but not beaten

So yeah this whole mask off thing with Garrett has been interesting.
I wish him well, but he's ostracized a very large portion of his followers now.
I'm excited to see Grant and Hope collaborate.
Made up with a bunch of people in this health space I'd previously blocked for the crime of opposing the great one who makes all the rules.
In the meantime, I've got a substack article on calcium, calcitriol and phosphate.
Hope yall enjoy! https://willofeuropa.substack.com/p/calcium-calcitriol-phosphates

Hey wait a minute.  You recognized I was a d------ long before I was banned.  Wait does this make me counter-counter-counter intelligence in this psyop?  Doubt I will ever figure that one out.

Yeh well,..... well said and written.  Thank you.  Testing your theory from the opposite direction.  Looking to gain weight and reduce tetany / cramps.  Will meet you in the middle at an ideal weight soon enough.  Perhaps will get younger too in process.

Caution to all: @shannon-2 raised an excellent point last week on

Oxalate poisoning conversation started up – Discussion – Ideas, Concepts, and Observations

Garrett's mea culpa on calcium recommended food sources of calcium that are all high in oxalates.  Over that last few weeks I tried adding tahini.  Bumped up against symptoms from 35 years ago.  Serious spontaneous boils and acne on my legs.  That and hints of kidney stone pain reminded me of decades of suffering before I learned to avoid oxalates.  In private conversations, Garrett noted he expects a lot of kidney and gall stones from people over dosing calcium.  Ironic considering he is recommending oxalate laden foods.

One of your commenters came up with a link to this lad's article on the anti-calcium bias coming out of most alternative health influencers.  Interesting take on forms of calcium to go for.

(37) Demystifying Calcium Phobia

One of his key sections in the article:

=============

If you are a fan of the work of Dr Hans Nieper, he used29:

Calcium orotate to:

reverse arthritis, arteriosclerosis, retinitis, phlebitis, disseminated encephalitis & psoriasis.

recalcify bone tissue following radiation treatment of cancerous bone lesions

Calcium arginate to:

lower blood glucose levels in diabetics

Calcium Aspartate to reverse:

fibrocystic calcification in the breasts for his female patients

bone tuberculosis

osteoporosis & osteomyelitis.

It makes no sense whatsoever to fear calcium supplementation.

If you’re so concerned about your arteries, you’re doing yourself a disservice by not taking calcium seriously.

A clear warning. Me providing a case for calcium supplementation is not a go-ahead to randomly buy a calcium supplement, no matter how good the chelate is.

Never ever correct a perceived calcium imbalance in isolation.

A word is enough for the wise.
