Nutty Bruce Almond Milk tastes amazing and does not come in UHT cartons, it is available fresh in the refrigerated section of supermarkets in Aus and NZ.

And this is good for what? 85% water and some oxalates from almonds and arsenic from brown rice syrup. LOL If I want some liquid to eat cereal I would use whey protein in water. That is at least great source of easy to digest highly bioavailable protein..

I would use coconut cream/milk..

If you put a small amount straight into boiled water then it curdles but if the hot drink filled half the cup and you added half a cup of almond milk it would work.
