Big list of Toxicity / detox symtoms

I am posting this from dr G's forum as it migt be of help for those who are worried about detox symtoms. Yes, you will (probably) experience reoccurring symtoms of old injuries and such, as well as bursts of intense symtoms from the list. Dr G explains this a bit further in the "food list" one can purchase from him. But below is free:

https://nutritionrestored.com/blog-forum/topic/the-mega-symptom-list-of-poison-vitamin-a-toxicity-and-detox-symptoms/

I am unable to copy-paste the text from the link from my phone, the snipping tool wont cooperate, so if anyone want to copy the information from the link and paste it in a reply below, feel free, it might be helpful for some who dont have the energy to follow links right now 🙂

This list will be referenced to published papers, those will be at the bottom. For ease of use, I will be grouping the symptoms together as I see fit.

IMPORTANT to understand:  ANY symptom here listed as a toxicity symptom is an absolute candidate for a person to experience when they are going through their detox of Poison/"Vitamin A".  This happens due to the rapid dumping of Poison/"Vitamin A" from the liver and other tissues (bodyfat is a big one) into the system, the higher concentrations that come out in cycles/phases as it is dumping show a person just how toxic it really is.

If a person only had ONE of the symptoms below from Poison/"Vitamin A", it would be assumed that their level of toxicity was LOWER than someone who has, say, experienced HALF of the symptoms listed below.  It can also be assumed that the MORE symptoms one has experienced from this list, that their detox process will take LONGER and their detox symptoms will be stronger (more intense).

  • insomnia
  • mental dullness (many people call this "brain fog")

Head-related symptoms:

  • headache (can be severe)
  • migraine (with or without aura)
  • epistaxis (nosebleeds)
  • elevated CerebroSpinal Fluid pressure (CSF)
  • idiopathic intracranial hypertension (aka pseudotumor cerebri, aka "high blood pressure inside the skull")
  • bulging of the fontanelle in infants (as a result of increased intracranial pressure)

Blood/hematology issues:

  • anemia (low red blood cells, hemoglobin, or hematocrit)
  • leukopenia (low white blood cells, often found in autoimmune conditions)
  • leukocytosis (increase in the number of white cells in the blood, often found in active infection)

Mechanisms (what Poison/"Vitamin A" is doing in the system to cause the symptoms):

  • bioenergetics state dysfunction
  • redox impairment
  • altered cellular signaling
  • cell death or cell proliferation

Bumping this in case of newcommers

@ggenereux2014 would it be a good idea to keep detox symtoms pinned for easier access?

Hi!  I have a friend asking about ascites (which is on @tim-2  list above) and I wonder if that is something that people have seen clear up over time with lowered VA levels.

I don't have much experience or knowledge of ascites and I would like to hear more about the topic.
