Good news @lil-chick and @naveen
Since the end of september (4 months) I have worn the toe separators nearly every day, all day long including in shoes. I just don't feel them.
Now my toes are perfectly straight on both feet, my soles are perfect, my right knee seems normal, that is as not very supple but exactly like the other one.
For the whole of last week, I have not worn them, but my toes have stayed straight. It seems they are fixed!!!!!
Hugs and thanks a lot @lil-chick!
Blessings to all!

This is STUPENDOUS!
@Ourania, I think it was on this thread that you said the words "felt a familiar burn" and I've been noticing that now in various parts of the body. For me, maybe sort of a cramping sensation, or alternatively an itch. Is it when VA is in motion? I wonder if it is a "thing" and what to do about it. Does massage help, perhaps? To dislodge it and sent it on its way? Is scratching actually a form of massage? Maybe some breath work as well.
