"But where do I get my calcium?"

Most people are aware that plants are usually a poor source of calcium for us due to oxalates and phytic acid.
But they fail to ask themselves how a caveman would get his calcium without on-demand sardines, dairy or selectively bred plants.
The answer is easier done than said:

The average mineral water has about 150mg/ worth of calcium, so if you drink 2-3 liters of water per day, that's easily 300-450mg from water alone.

Here are some studies showing that calcium in mineral water has about the same bioavailability as milk and calcium supplements:

On the same topic, most mineral waters are going to have a good chunk of magnesium too, which can easily cover anywhere between 20% and 40% of the RDA.

So don't be cheap and buy yourself some good quality mineral water.
