Here is a free public database of at least 1204 different carotenoids. I don't know in which way it might be useful, but if anything it shows us how many different carotenoids that have been discovered. Most of them are probably never tested in most foods or in moat carotenoid studies. Reading a "Total carotenoid amount" in any study is most likely just testing the known most common carotenoids.
