Children with Kidney Failure

This summer a relative of mine who works in a major pediatric hospital in Canada told me they have been seeing a surge in cases of babies and small children being diagnosed with kidney failure, and nobody knows why. These children need to be on dialysis until they are old enough to receive a kidney transplant from an adult.
Since these children struggle to eat, they are given a blended food diet through a feeding tube. Water intake must be closely monitored. It is a heartbreaking ordeal for a child to experience.
It sounds like vitamin A is not generally supplemented in these patients:

An older loved one of mine has kidneys that aren't doing so well, and she is advised not to do much potassium. I noticed that people with kidney failure are warned not to do beans for the bean protocol (I suppose they can still do other soluble fiber sources though).

That would tell me that the mothers are being poisoned. Without a doubt. Not only is the body saying clearly that it isn't fit for pregnancy, but scientists are artificially inseminating eggs in a lab and then injecting them into the uterus. I'd wonder about chain of custody, at the least. There are stories of technicians/doctors secretly sowing their oats during this process.

I want to say I read a book by this Canadian author a couple years back. He outlined some correlating statistics of health improving in a general population on a few diseases in Eastern Canada at the same time that the Atlantic fishing in Canada was shut down and or massively decreased.
