Christopher Exley's input on GeoSilica PURE

I asked Exley what he thought of this product.  Here is his reply.

PURE - 100% náttúrulegt kísilsteinefni

Dr Exley,

Question on silicic acid. A friend in EU turned me on to https://geosilica.is/

They shipped a bottle of their product "PURE." it is silica mineral. Any input on this supplement is appreciated.

Thank you. Please keep on.

Yes, it is colloidal silica not silicic acid per se.

Is that to say not recommended?

There is no evidence that this product can facilitate the removal of systemic aluminium from the body via the urine.

Dang.

How much would more experiments like your silicic acid fish tank experiments cost to do? Would like to see what colloidal silica water does compared to silicic acid. Guess that assumes you did not already try colloidal silica in those experiments.

I've never made or tried it, but if I was looking to detox aluminum I would be making silicade: https://prevent-alzheimers-autism-stroke.com/silicade/
I would never dream of spending a fortune on water from pristine glaciers and whatnot, but making it yourself has always appealed to me.

Right.  I saw that guy early on going down this rabbit warren.  Making our own is one of the most often asked questions on Christopher's threads.  He insists it is not viable and probably dangerous.  More dangerous than the guy showing us how to make it says.  Exley said the only way to make it is in nature and it takes a century or 2 to do.  And it has to be "fresh."  Fresh is defined as recent geologic activity like Iceland as opposed to recent geologic inactivity as in England.

I was thinking this source of concentrated silica water would meet the parameters.  Will keep trying.  I still have most of his substack to read.  His book is genius.
