Coke and French Fries

Any issue with drinking coke or eating McDonald or other fast food french fries? I think both are low or have no vitamin a.

I drink sodas (colas, root beer, cream soda, etc) and fries quite often without problem (and my IBS is pretty good about letting me know if there is a problem).
Test it out, but try to keep everything else as "clean" as possible to make sure problems aren't coming from other things.
