Colostrum, GcMAF, Vitamin A

At one point I took colostrum and for a short while GcMAF and they seemed to help. But I wonder if they helped by differing symptoms in the way that taking vitamin A seemed to relieve symptoms. Maybe someone knows more about this? Than you.
