Combine several detoxifications, VitA, glyphosate, plastics, heavy metals (cutler), toxin complexation?

I was thinking about other toxins and toxins complexation and I am considering adding other detoxifications over time.

Glyphosate

What I already do next to Vit A and also before Vit A detox, is glyphosate detoxification. There is no clear protocol for this either. What you know, Glycine releases the poison and humic acid binds it. So I supplement the amino acid Gylcin and take 2-3h later moor, which naturally contains a lot of humic acid. Glyphosate is also bad for Vit A detoxification, so think it's a good idea.

Plasticizers / plastics

Liposomal phosphatatidycholine, for the VNS, liver/gut support etc.
Cell/dna/rna protection - It removes adducts and toxins from DNA so for detoxification of plasticizers / plastics primary.
And maybe for Accutane damage that VitA may not be able to solve, and for my illnes ME, good response there, too. You notice I think and read very positive about it😅
I used it before the Vit A detoxification and stopped it for it. I had drier eyes during this weeks. But just don't know for sure, if it was the cause, because of many other supplements.
Maybe it was initial deterioration, or it's really ONLY bad for Vit A detox? Not sure!
Solely from the ingredients it should be okay, if I loosen the diet a bit, right?
"Ingredients: phospholipid complex -> obtained from soybean oil (phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, glycolipids), linseed oil, water, ethanol."
Soybean / oil contains a lot of beta carotene and PC a lot of oil/fat, so it would be best not to take it to the meal and only 1-2 spoon a day.
The Contra is that it may slow down Vit A detoxification, because PC apparently converts retinol to retinyl esters.
So it's a question of benefit and harm. I think maybe add and test it after ca. 5-6 months low VitA..

Cutler / heavy metal (mercury)

For heavy metal detoxification, especially mercury, I think Culter is the best and the safest. The disadvantage is likely that it deprive the body a lot of nutrients and it may therefore be better if the diet is a bit more varied / relaxed. And according to the protocol, you have to supplement high doses of Vit C, E, zinc and magnesium. So maybe I add it after 7-12months.

So all in all I think that poisons add up/complex themselves in a way and and act synergistically toxic to the body. So I think is important to get rid of them all.
I guess that heavy metals / plastics etc. also slow down Vit A detoxification, as has already been shown with glyphosate. Or just put a lot of strain on the liver so that it works slowly.
It is clear to me that only a self-experiment will show whether several detoxifications harm or benefit you more at the same time.
So I would be mainly interested in whether someone has ever combined Cutler with Vit A detoxification?
And your general thoughts and opinions on it.
Thank you!

@joel I don't think that it is a good idea to "detox" especially if you are in bad health. I think the best way is just eliminate, limit intake of any kind of toxins that you think can harm you. So don't use any plastic containers for food. No plastic in microwave etc.. For mercury limit intake of fish and eat only small fish no tuna, sword fish, shark etc.. If you have amalgams spend the money for a good holistic dentist who can safely replace them with BPA free composite.. For sure not taking high doses of vit C, zinc.. If you don't wanna end up with copper deficiency and all kinds of health issues from this. I was playing with hair tissue mineral analysis and taking all kinds of minerals and I think it did more harm than good to me. If your health is in bad shape the last thing that you wanna do now is to release mercury from the tissues to the blood stream. It would do so much oxidative damage that you will regret it very much.. For Glyphosate eating foods rich in glycine I don't see any problem with that. I made gelatin from cooking pig feet.. 🙂

I agree with jiri that sometimes detox is worse than status quo, and that your body will do it over time at it's own rate.

There are some things you might want to think about adding to your lifestyle such as a bit of cilantro, a bit of clay, people here have talked about using a bit of charcoal.

Gentle is the best route.

Personally I think one of the most important things is to have clean water.  A big challenge.

@lil-chick using binders is ok, but using weak chelators like cilantro or chlorella is bad idea. When I had still my amalgams I was taking chlorella and I was literally dying. Had no idea what is going on. Weak chelator like chlorella is just moving mercury around the body and that mercury is damaging everything..

I don't notice any bad effects from a little cilantro now and then, I certainly am not "dosing" it, and I wouldn't--I agree-- not good.  Herbs are stronger than people realize.  I probably have a little once a week, as part of a dish.  Perhaps a bit more in summer when it is growing.  Sometimes if my stomach feels off I will take a tiny bit of clay, the tiniest pinch, really.  I brush teeth with a charcoal toothpaste, but I'm starting to get sick of the mess it makes.  As you say, gentle, gentle, gentle!
