Grant, you mentioned in your update that there is still some vascularization in your eyes, but I assume this means the dry eye has symptomatically resolved?
Also, have you seen an eye doctor to confirm that your cataracts are indeed gone?

Yes, my dry eye condition has symptomatically resolved.
I plan on getting an eye exam, more blood work, and a kidney function checkup in mid September. I'll share all my results then.
