Could Vit A, zinc, or low Vit C explain low WBC or neutrophils?

My recent CBC blood test says I have a white blood cell count of 2.4 (2,400/mL, range is 4,000-11,000) and absolute neutrophils of 814/mL (range is 1,500-7,800).  I've been eating near-zero Vitamin A since February and taking 30mg zinc from zinc picolinate since July.  Unfortunately I haven't tested CBC since 2016 but in 2002-2008 (when I had low mood but didn't seem sick) my WBC was around 3.5, so already low.  Has anyone else had low WBC or neutrophils?

"His blood work showed that he had fewer than 2,000 white cells per microliter of blood — less than half the number he should have had, even without an infection. The neutrophils — the type of white blood cells that serve as the front line of the immune system, our body’s version of the Marine Corps — were below 500 cells per microliter." ... "First she looked into vitamin A. She knew it could be toxic at high doses, and he was taking more than 10 times the recommended amount." ... "What about zinc?... he was taking 15 times the usual dose."  "She directed the patient to stop taking all his vitamins... Even before the results came back, the effect was visible. Within days, his white-cell count was in the normal range."

Since the test I'm increasing my Vitamin C from 0.5g/day to 5-10g/day using calcium ascorbate.

Nitric oxide can lower WBC, you're possibly getting that from picolinate. Maybe get NO checked?

In the last couple weeks, I noticed other new symptoms: low strength, cold, anxiety.  So I suspected that a copper deficiency might explain those and the low WBC and neutrophils.  Today I got my blood test results back, and indeed my copper level is out of range (63 mcg/dL, lab range of 70-175 mcg/dL).  So I suspect that five weeks of daily 30g zinc in zinc picolinate may have upset my zinc-copper balance.  I'll begin supplementing copper again.

I haven't noticed any particular effect, negative or positive, from Vitamin C as 5g/day calcium ascorbate.

Get your vitamin d level checked mine were below range

I would suggest that you actually stop supplementing with zinc and copper and give a chance for the vitamin A detox straighten everything out. Either that or get the personalized nutritional restoration package from Dr. Smith. He'll put your hair tests together with your blood tests to suggest the appropriate supplementation. But in the end he'll also tell you that vitamin A elimination will eventually get things properly balanced without supplementation--it will just take longer.
