Damage from topical retinoids (Tretinoin/Retin-A, Differin/Adapalene, Tazorac/Tazarotene)

Has anyone here had irreversible side effects from topical retinoids? The most commonly reported ones are dry eye, dry and thinning skin, tinnitus, tension headaches, decline in vision, hair loss and the infamous loss of facial fat.

There's nothing irreversible when you stick long enough to a long vitamin A diet. Grant is the poster child. In every imaginable way, he improved his health. There is great hope for people who eat a low vitamin A diet. Don't get yourself trapped in believing things are hopeless. And besides all the physical things we're doing here: Healing is around the corner in the spiritual realm.
