A lot of the focus of this video was on the human relationship to infrasound, but here could be a large impact on surrounding wildlife as well. Many migratory bird species use infrasound to navigate around large storms and other species use this frequency range for communication. A persistent infrasound emitter could create massive 'dead zones' that either look threatening to the wildlife from miles away or make it impossible to communicate. Compared to the rest of the animal kingdom, the human range of hearing is quite small. I will have to search for any studies regarding insect population around datacenters.

Similar to instantaneous bird flu where thousands of birds drop out of the sky with an influenza that kills them all midflight at the same second.  Which just happens to be in the path of a microwave emitter at a NEXRAD / military installation / air force base.  Or near new LED / RFID  / 5g new street lamps installed and switched on in residential areas.
