I do worry lots more about fabric softeners than I do about black mold.

I have occasionally reacted to places that had real flood issues, like a basement in a house near a river after a deep flood.   I don't think I react to the normal amounts of mold that happen normally in houses.   What house hasn't had the occasional incursion of rain, what house isn't covered with a thin layer of mold and mildew on the outside?

I think, as a VA overload person, the epidermis of my nose and lungs might be a bit more weak than they should be.   We are probably meant to be able to handle mold.

I agree. I live in a temperate rainforest. Western North Carolina. There ain't no way I can be 100% mold free. I do run a dehumidifier alot. But what does cause an automatic repulsion in me is fabric softeners.

Agent 131711! My favorite substack. He has good articles on Methylene Blue and Vitamin D. And how we got all this fortification in our food supply. I can't praise him with also mentioning Medicine Girl who is on Substack and You Tube and is very good at debunking health fads in alternative health.

More amazed daily at how much more I can stand to breathe without out of control sneezes and chills now.  On month 33 now and every month, I notice a little bit more improvement.  Detox systems that keep up with and surpass intox rates are probably our biggest strengths.  Ticks me off that I have to use it.  Forever grateful that it works this well.
