Does organic bread make a big difference

I've read from people like Garrett Smith and others that one should get organic bread.

Have you noticed a difference in making small changes like using organic bread as opposed to regular white bread. Or is there little difference? How does it affect weight gain?

A few have suggested going gluten free. Has that helped?

Organic is nice, and if I was more concerned I'd personally look for bread made without iron-fortified flour. But I'm not too concerned. I often eat toast made with standard white bread with no ill effects (my IBS is pretty unequivocal about when I tick it off) - whole grain bread would be my preference (for flavour and texture) but my guts don't like the fibre.

As far as gluten free is concerned that is a test you need to do for yourself; go without for a couple of weeks and then have some. See if you feel any different. I'm not bothered by gluten, but some people are legitimately harmed by the stuff.

Just remember the rule for testing things: Only make one change at a time, so that you can assess the effects of the change.

It’s the amount of glyphosate in non organic bread that’s the problem. It’s cummulative & a huge problem for vitamin A toxicity as it inhibits VA breakdown in more than one way.
