This is so painfully tragic to watch... Makes me feel angry that the drug companies cynically give lyrical names such as 'Diane 35' and 'Yasmin' to their deadly wares.

Unfortunately it's not just accutane. It's basically everything what modern medical system does and if you don't know. If you are naive you will pay for it.. In case of kids it's horrible. That's why I don't even want kids.
