I make some cookies and muffins that include one egg. So I get very little in a cookie or muffin.

If I visit someone serving eggs, I will eat them.

I tried eating a hard boiled egg for breakfast after everyone was talking about them on the forum but my lips became very dry so I quit.

Three eggs a Day for many years. Decreasing carotenoids for 5 months. Little Dairy. Months almost no liver.
