electrical feeling

I'm interested in the electrical feeling that some are talking about.

My particular theory is that this condition of high VA runs down certain vitamins and minerals.  I think three of these might be B6, (also Zinc and C probably others)

How about a LOW B6 situation causing nerve inflammation and upsetting nerves in general?

J, I agree about the electrical feelings not being anxiety. I had been diagnosed high anxiety/PTSD about 10 years ago, and also know that feeling. My life now is very stress free, I can be relaxed and calm but go to bed and have these waves of currents through my body, my heart racing and jumping. I would lay there willing myself not to sleep, it seemed it was when my brain relaxed.

I will be interested to see if this returns as my last episode was only about 4 weeks ago, I am about 3 weeks on Low VA foods. On just thinking about the last episode, it was the night I had broken out in a red rash on my face and chest after having eaten some sweet potato, I had thought I had been stressed out about the rash, thinking it was more psoriasis etc, but looking more like a Vitamin A overload triggered both things.

Thank you all for discussing these things, I am slowly putting all the pieces together of my weird ailments that make no sense to anyone.

I also had a hair analysis done to test heavy metals - my results did come back with 2 higher than normal metals - I remember 1 behind high in nickel and I thought that was odd - the other I can’t remember but I can find my results if someone is interested or if it’ll help someone.

There is a connection between epilepsy and VA toxicity:

It can be from brain inflammation, nutrient deficiency, e.g. vitamin D deficiency increases blood-brain barrier dysfunction:

Vitamin D and seizure control: https://www.epilepsy.com/article/2017/10/vitamin-d-and-seizure-control

My electrosensitivity is reduced on VA low diet. I used to have waves of currents, heart racing more often in the environment high in EMF.

Testing heavy metals from the hair:
https://www.livingnetwork.co.za/chelationnetwork/chelation-the-andy-cutler-protocol/

"IMPORTANT:A PERSON WHO IS MERCURY TOXIC will often have a NORMAL reading for mercury on tests of hair or blood or urine or faeces. You cannot go by that. The most recent edition of many medical textbooks tell physicians that mercury poisoning cannot be ruled out based on the urine or blood level of mercury. This is also true for hair levels of mercury. Only about 1 poisoned person in 10 shows up with a high level of mercury on these tests. The other 9 poisoned people have normal readings for mercury. If the reading for mercury is HIGH (red) on a hair test, this probably indicates the person has mercury poisoning. On the other hand, if the reading for mercury is normal (or even very low), this indicates nothing one way or another about whether the person has mercury poisoning. Mercury can still be present in the brain and organs, doing lots of damage there, and — NOT be present in the hair. THIS IS VERY COMMON”

Before chelation, I had no heavy metals in my hair analysis.

It could be that I'm feeling something slightly different than you people.   For me, I'm pretty sure this is about nerves, because it is sort of similar to what I feel in the carpal/ulnar tunnel problems.  Last night, while sleeping it was happened a few times in the area of my right big toe.  It was like someone was zapping it with a mini taser or another way to explain it might be if someone was snapping it with an elastic band.  The zap shoots up the toe.    Hubs says it has happened to him too.

After my first 24 hours on low VA I had a feeling like this in a finger.  Which makes me think this might be a detox thing.

The ulnar/carpal problems are more like on-going tingling, weakness, soreness.  But this is more of a ZAP.

I THINK this might be a condition similar to that of people with diabetic nerve problems.  quote:  "People with nerve pain feel it in different ways. For some, it's a stabbing pain in the middle of the night. For others, symptoms can include a chronic prickling, tingling, or burning they feel all day. Uncontrolled nerve pain can be hard to bear"

Neither of us have diabetes that I know of--but I do know that I need to get my raw milk fats (B6 and the Wulzen factor)  for the ulnar and carpal to subside.

@bludicka...I'm reminded of something extremely strange that one of my loved ones (a possibly high VA person) found that magnets STUCK TO HIS FINGERS!  another (possibly high VA) relative has said that her doc thinks she is an iron storer.    Others here have mentioned iron as part of this mess too.

J, whole body, like electricity running through it, fast beating heart. It's really hard to explain it isnt it!!

I also have nerve pain, but that is a deep aching throb that mainly on my forearms/arms. I have learnt to live with that, but that other feeling, I can't live with.

Yep, the electrical feeling for me is definitely not anxiety or nerve pain, but it's like if you imagine a wave like a horizontal plane flowing from my head to my toes. The first couple times there was a feeling of impending doom maybe because it was such a new feeling.
