Feeling hungover?

Have been doing great on low vA for about 4 months and then encountered some stress the other day and have gotten extremely dizzy, near debilitating. Ate a ton of apples as fast food during that day which was out of the ordinary.

Has anyone else encountered this?

I had this hungover feeling, which seems to be exasperated by even drinking water, back in 2015. This is the first time feeling this bad in quite a number of years.

I am familiar with this hungover feeling from earlier on on this diet, it was quite awful, I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so bad. I started this diet because of chronic dizziness which I now connect to an injured or overworked liver, unable to process toxins, or whatever, quick enough. Apples, from what I understand, can really push the detox for some (including myself)... all I can think of is maybe you are pushing too hard and the the extra stress did not help. When my liver is overworked and I feel dizzy the best thing I can do is remember to breathe correctly and deeply and wait it out, and remove whatever is pushing the detox too hard.

sounds like you bonked after the carbs in all the apples wore off.  might wanna look at diets like Zone or Paleo to get a sense of sugar highs and lows and how to work em to prevent the crashes.

I find that I get that hungover feeling now and then and I think it means you are detoxing hard.

Fresh air and movement help, IMO.

@matthew I wanted to mention something that a migrainer told me on an elevator.

When you get that head pressure feeling, move your face around.  Make faces.   yawn.   Smile frown, wiggle your ears.  whatever you can think of.   Repeat this whenever you notice the feeling of pressure ramping up (and when no one is looking!)

Make sure your scalp is moving.   Your eyes,  your mouth and forehead.

In my opinion, this gets things moving along.
