Yesterday I was feeling better , mood was better and less anxiety. I woke up today very anxious and feeling kinda hopeless and weak, sometimes I have problems breathing , I think it's due to the anxiety . It used to be much worse .

@sergio don’t overdo the Brazil nuts as they are very high in selenium. I think 2 or 3 a day are enough to cover your selenium needs (may need a few more in detox as selenium gets used up).
