frank tufano is thinking of liver biopsy

Frank Tufano is considering a liver biopsy after years of following a Vitamin A detox diet. He is a charlatan who copied the diet and has been promoting it ever since without mentioning the grant or this site. Regardless, I wish him well and hope he recovers quickly, proving further the Vitamin A theory.

I am also sure he is on this forum with a pseudonym. (Hello Frankie! 😄)

I recently saw one of his videos where he is discussing getting a liver biopsy. This would be a milestone for us to see how much time it takes to actually detox substances from the liver. If you watch his diet videos, he has been following a good low Vitamin A detox diet (fiber, zinc, beef, and other items that help in detoxing).

Interesting!    Keep this thread up to date on what happens!

IMO not all of the issue/problem/storage is in the LIVER, though!

I like the guy, but he paid 35k USD in plastic surgery costs to mess up his eyes.

@alexm I unsubscribed his channel. He is mentally ill..

I feel for him because I think that VA toxicity can cause bad decisions and mood problems etc.

Self acceptance is the right path, IMO.

People get addicted to that new change that they want to do to themselves, that tattoo or that plastic surgery or whatever.   Almost always an empty promise and when it is done they still need a new addiction.

I don't understand why people expose themselves so much in public. Attention? Validation? He identifies too much with his looks. There's something strange about him, like Danny Roddy. Another lost boy who didn't have a strong father figure? His videos aren't pleasant to watch. And let me tell you: He's certainly not going to do a liver biopsy. And even if he said he did, there's no way to be sure. He's not trustworthy. Especially since he seems to be omitting Grant's work. But also for the reasons mentioned above.

Frank Tufano is considering a liver biopsy after years

This guy is blackwashing everyone of us.  He has a serious problem that he is monetizing in a big way.  It could not be more obvious.  Getting any kind of data out of this guy is a mistake.  He is selling ideas that may or may not be good as though they are proven easy ideas with zero downside.  Cosmetic surgery is all the proof needed.  He is selling organ supplements while detoxing his liver?  Yeh if he is here, all he is doing is picking up key words he can mimick to sound knowledgeable to people who are more interesting in dismissing the idea of liver's significance than learning let alone applying any ideas that Grant and Garrett have proven out every day for almost a decade now.  No thank you.

Reminds me of Pewdie Pie gone suicidally evil.  Concerned he is going to take a few naive doofases with him.  Does anyone remember how Tim Ferriss made enough money to become independently wealthy to allow him to do serious research and personal experiments to write even somewhat insightful and accurate books?  This messed up kid is not following in Ferriss' footsteps.  He is wrecking himself not so slowly.
