I was following the following strict diet for about 1 year now , the diet included the following items
: Potatoes
: Cauliflower ( boiled before cooking)
: Onions
: chicken , beef and rice
: Egg whites and 1 egg yolk and bread for break fastdespite of a strict vit-a restrictive diet , I still had mild sometimes hard symptoms . Recently I read in the grant's survey , that cauliflower might an issue , I dropped out both cauliflower and potatoes , and I have been feeling great and symptom free for weeks now . I don't know if its glyphosate or just these two veggies , but certainly there is an issue with consuming them . I still use onions for cooking and they seem not to be of an issue. Grant is perhaps right about cauliflower being a bottleneck in the road towards recovery .
