In your guide, it does not say much about the importance of fiber carrying toxins out of your body and how it helps build the gut health.

Wouldn’t a low vitamin A meat diet with added sources of fiber, minimal carbs and a low natural fat be more beneficial than a carnivore diet?

Dont carnivore diet people have their own set of issues because they eat no fruits or carbs?

Hi @ginny,

I think benefit of fiber very much depends on the individual. IN SOME PEOPLE, fiber can promote too much gut bacteria. And that can lead to negative bloating and the additional toxins that that additional bacteria are actually producing on their own.

Whereas, I think more fat in the diet can also be used to safely carrying toxins out of the body.
I shared my views on this near the end of my https://ggenereux.blog/2024/11/12/obesity-causation-v-2-0/ post.

A few questions Ive got.
1. Ive recently started adding some soy sauce to my rice to make it go down smoother. How bad is soy sauce for vitA?

2. Is kefir ok? Ive been drinking it just as a snack.
3. Which method of making electrolyde water is preferable. You mentioned some youtube video?

Hi @diogenes,

RE: How bad is soy sauce for vitA?  Google search is your new friend. "vitamin A in soy sauce"

RE: Is kefir ok? You'll have to decide.

RE: electrolyde water, once again, just search it up. Also, you'll have to decide what and how much you need. Personally, I just rely on mineral water.

It seems Dr. G is trying to be the good guy again by posting about your 10 yrs of low vitamin A on his substack, that's after his brutal series picking you apart Grant! Now he's realizing you are fighting back! Exposing the dangers of supplements which he makes a lot of money on.
