question. Grant genereux in his blood test shows very low platelets, that is the main symptom of anemia. Many people with autoimmune diseases have low platelets, it is a great risk of stroke and more, could someone help me with that because I'm scared

I think its impossible at least for me to speculate but check your bloodlevels and then worry/change something IF the problem occurs?
