Grant's new Community Survey

Grant posted a new survey, and I have not seen it mentioned here in the discussion area yet. @ggenereux2014

Thought I would tag a few members, get the word out

I won't fill out the official survey because I'm not really on a low vitamin-A diet even though I believe in the theory that vitamin-A is poison.

I tried eliminating vitamin-A after I read Grant's work. But I have always relapsed after a short period. Some people might say I have a binge eating disorder. Had it for a long time.

What I have tried to do is eliminate some foods that I used to eat. I don't eat carrots anymore. I used to eat the occasional liver, don't do that anymore. I have reduced to consumption of fruits, I used to eat a lot of those but now mostly bananas, apples, grapes.

I still eat ice-cream of my own volition. I eat milk, eggs and cheese whenever my girlfriend cooks using those ingredients. Also eat all the vegetables that he cooks with.

I went through a period of eating black beans, beef and white rice.

However I'm not a good cook. The beans I ate came from a can. And they didn't taste that good.

The beef was too expensive for me to eat every day.

Chicken, but it didn't taste good the way I made it, again, I can't cook too good.

And Garrett Smith said that white rice gives you beri-beri.

What I currently eat for lunch and breakfast is either

plain old boiled potatoes made in a pressure cooker.

Occasional pork, not sure how low vitamin-A  it is but atleast I can afford it and it tastes alright.

bananas for breakfast if I don't feel like cooking, but getting sick of those tbh.

For dinner I either eat a large helping of junk food(large helping of potato chips always included) or whatever my girlfriend has cooked for me.

I'm sure that on the whole I consume less Vitamin-A that I used to.

My health has gotten a little better. Hard to quantify. Perhaps it has just stayed the same.
