Yah, we had our son here cooking for us for a year (which I'm thankful for, I'm not complaining, he is an excellent cook) and I think the higher vitamin A content brought out my husband's eczema which had been good for a while.
One of the things the middle-of-the-roaders seem to want is for carotene to be OK. Personally, my nights up sick after spaghetti sauce say otherwise...
