Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (antibodies) and vitamin A

Hello,

I have been wondering about my autoimmune condition and what Grant so eloquently wrote regarding the connection between vit. A toxicity and antibodies.

Am I correct to assume that following the vitamin A depleted diet will lower my antibodies?
