Healing from the accutane's side effects
Quote from Наиль on August 16, 2019, 11:34 amI'm an accutane victim. I have taken it 5 mounts ago and I still have all the hardest side effects from it. The main thing that I want to do is to find people who's trying to recover from these side effects sitting on a low vitamin A diet. Is there somebody who has used this drug and now sitting on a diet? Have you seen any progress? And how much time are you on this diet? People, hope you will drop me a message here. It would be nice to communicate with each other.
P.S. sorry for my English. It isn't my native language.

Quote from Keero on August 17, 2019, 2:39 pmI took it 7 years ago. Have been on the diet for 6 months. This has been the only accurate theory after 7 years of trawling the internet for multiple hours a day searching for an answer as to what happened. I have tried hundreds of supplements, committed to many special diets and have exercised intensely hoping to see my symptoms abate, only until now do I feel I am making progress.
Stick to this diet, read as much of these forums as possible, commit to years of VA elimination, be strict. You will recover.

Thank you for the advice. I'm a month on this diet I see some changes with my body. My nose, forehead and all of the skin are more moisturized than it was before. I used to have some problems with my sleeping. I felt anxiety when I was trying to fall asleep but now it's kinda better. I still have this anxiety but not so much like before.
I was so depressed when I had known that accutane can ruin your life easily. I wouldn't wish this feeling to anyone. It's kinda nightmare when you cannot do anything to make your health better. But now I understand that this diet really changes something
Thank you again.

Did you have dry eyes and dry mouth and if so have those symptoms gone away? Thank you for reading this. I am fairly new on the diet of low to zero Vitamin A. A long term sufferer of the after affects of Accutane.
