it's been six months since i read gareth and grant has been on this diet for almost close to seven months. It changed my life. I had chronic fatigue, dizziness, eye pain, muscle pain, blurred vision. hearing loss. I started eating a lot of red beans with meat. and I felt much improvement with the beans. I could eat all kinds of food and it didn't make me feel fatigued or tired after it. I know from a good hand that fat stops detoxification beans with fat I don't gas. beans alone or with lean meat I throw up a lot of gas. the chest pains and muscular pains did not go away. and they left when they left the plantains the salt and red beans replaced by white beans. I also know in a good hand fat is bad I take fat before bed and I have insomnia and nightmares since the bile fluorides again. instead I put him to bed with 200 grams of beans and I sleep like never before. I no longer have pain, insomnia only if I put fat before bed. I don't have dizziness. I've been experimenting with this diet for months and years with others. and doing a thousand analyzes. a lot of fat and salt is very harmful 100% safe. The more fiber the better and the better to take it when sleeping. Beef in the morning or at noon. I eat pizza one day a week and that's how it feels and it suits me very well. the cheese with the beans makes me go to the bathroom better. surprisingly regarding diabetes. With a ketogenic diet that is very high in fat and meat and no vegetables and fruits, my fasting glucose is always 60. with a ketogenic diet adding liver every day my glucose is also 60. with a diet rich in beans, vegetables and fruits and seeds and without meat my glucose is also 60. a diet of only vegetables and fruits and many spirulina prediabetes. incredible.
above i meant on a diet of only vegetables and fruits prediabetes. after that diet i did grant's but with beans and meat and a lot of apples and my glucose is back at 60. a zero fat diet gives me diabetes. but with the diet rich in beans and seeds and sweet potato that is high in vitamin a. the seeds high in fat my glucose in 60. that causes diabetes there is the solution.
With the ketogenic diet, everything got much worse. My days were even more horrible. I felt great on a diet of only fruits and vegetables, but anything new or new food hurt me. The only one that worked for me is a diet rich in beans and meat. I can already eat everything and not feel like shit. Before, any food gave me a fever.
