IBS Alternating C/D?
Hi All,
I've just been perusing this forum and trying to find anyone who has successfully dealth with alternating constipation/diarrhea? A family member suffers from this after three months on a low-A diet.

I went through this, and around month 8 it got pretty bad (diarrhea constipation at the same time-sorry if tmi). It's a little early, but peeled Apples have been really been helping this last week and on the days I remember to drink more water, the combination of both has made morning bm almost enjoyable ;).
I feel for them, it sucks! But it's something that I've had since I can remember, at the beginning of the diet it seemed to get better then worse, then like I said around month 8 it was horrible, so this last week has been nice.
