If you appreciate Grant's ideas...
Quote from Larry on November 16, 2023, 2:32 amI very much appreciate Grant's unique understanding of the problem of Poison-A.
I was startled recently to stumble on the website of another man with a similar approach, but to a different poison. The poison is fluoride. The man is Casey Krol. And like Grant, he advocates diligent elimination of that toxin from one's life.
As I'm following Grant's advice on vA elimination, I've also started following Casey Krol's solutions to the fluoride problem. Last week I got rid of all my Teflon coated cooking pans (source of fluoride derivatives) and replaced them with stainless steel pans. Next, I'll be looking at water filters.
If you're interested in the topic, this page is a good starting point:
https://truthaboutfluoride.com/blog/Alas, Mr. Krol is unaware of Grant's work on Poison-A. (I notified him by email today.) But he is recommending Vitamin A and liver -- so if you do read his web site, please read skeptically.

Quote from tim on November 16, 2023, 3:10 amFilters don't remove fluoride. Only reverse osmosis does.
I prefer to just use bottled spring water for drinking and cooking.
Hot showers release chlorine into the steam. It's best to wash in cold or tepid water.

Do you use any skin care products for face and head?

Skin care? No. You?
No, just liquid soap for armpits once a day. I started to get some scalp acne from starting vA detox again so I was thinking maybe I should try some mild cleanser for my scalp. If for some reason my body is pushing bad shit out through my scalp then maybe it would be beneficial to keep it really clean. Problem is I can't find any good mild cleansers anywhere locally. Everything has SLS or SLES and dry the heck out of my skin.

I have a suggestion for you @arket that you could use for cleansing. I love it and have used for like..20 years. I lived in Germany back then and learned about a German product named Meine Base. It is a mineral salt mix. You can buy it at health stores/online in Finland too. It is quite expensive but last very long so its not going to be more expensive than soap.
I use that for brushing my teeth, and doing foot baths, and washing my skin too. And as deodorant. its amazing. It does not dry out the skin at all, it makes it soft and smooth. You could wash your scalp with it.
I do a whole body wash several times/week before my daily morning shower, with it. Take a bucket and fill it with warm water, about 1 liter. Add a tablespoon or two of the salt, mix well, and then wash your whole body several times from top to toe with a washing cloth, rinsing it every so often. The water becomes so grey brownish. Its crazy really. I always wonder where all that dirt come from! After finished, you will feel so good 🙂
I also only wash my hair with Ghassul Mud. Never shampoo. I have very fine hair and my hair loves the Ghassul Mud. I have done that too for so many years. I never have any scalp issues. Washing with mud and rinsing with soft water. Rainwater or from the river.

I appreciate your help, but I'm a guy, I don't want to use time for mixing all that ready before washing. I just want to take a drop of cleanser from a bottle while I'm in shower, that's it. I ain't got no time for some mud cleaning sessions, LOL. 🗿

@arket, come on. I keep a small jar with the salt by my shower, and when I shower I just grab some with my fingers and massage it into my face and use it as soap. It does not take a single second longer than using soap. You dont need to do the whole body wash thing, except if you want to get rid of your toxins faster...hehe
Here, read the reviews in finnish yourself - people love this, they even use it for hair washing

Ok, I need to think about it. It just feels weird because I haven't used anything like it before.
This is the cheapest place to buy MeineBase and other stuff in Finland. 😉
