Improved Bloodwork AST ALT CBC

I had an unexpected visit to the ER with a very upset stomach today. Turns out I am now hypersensitive to any and all artificial sweeteners which I have had in some of the things I eat, that I know I shouldn't (dairy free Halo Top)

However I had a CBC which I have been scared to have, and have not had one in quite some time.  When I was in my 40s I had  very elevated liver enzymes, NASH and the GI specialist who diagnosed me told me I was going to need a liver transplant.    I am 64 now.  I have been zero to low VA since 7/18/19, started for autoimmune disease, had little hope for the liver enzymes.

In the last 6 months I had been experimenting with reducing carbs, only carbs were a few tablespoons of beans with or between meals, low carb vegetables, with a low A cheat day twice a month, that Halo Top-Never Again  I take no supplements, no calcium.

Heres the bloodwork with normal liver enzymes:

Thank you @saraleah11 for posting your results. I am so happy for you! And so happy tat you have stopped artificial sweeteners which are real poisons. Once you know what's wrong for you you just have to stop and things get better.

I made myself sick with the wrong foods, the wrong doctor prescribing lutein and vitamin C supplements, then when it became really serious serious another doctor adding fish oil supplements and vit D.

Sometimes on bad detox days I can smell that old oxidized fish oil smell coming out of my body. Horrible!

Be well!

Glad you got away from the doctor who prescribed those to you, nnd that PUFA does take a long time to work its way out

That’s great Sarah. Thanks for posting. My liver enzymes were very raised 5 months ago & I’ve been too nervous to test them again.
