Improving
Quote from Guest on October 4, 2018, 4:59 amI began zero Vitamin A July 17, eleven weeks ago.
I have a plethora of ills.
Within two weeks of starting the diet, I noticed smoother, and somewhat more moist skin,
Chronic hip and leg pain lessened by the second week. I no longer noticed spine and rib pain by the tenth week.
IBS has improved remarkably, and energy level holds strong throughout the day.
I eat mainly rice, beef, salt, and coffee.
My ills' list goes on and on. I'll update when improvements come.
Thanks for sharing your status; I find your posts quite encouraging!!

When I posted my first progress report (under "Improving") I failed to log in: here's my six month update;
Improvement during the first three months was remarkable! Bone pain, dizziness, body aches and pains. brain fog, dry skin, gray hair, chronic fatigue, IBS, depression, light sleep and more improved by at least 50% within those months, After years of being underweight, I acquired a normal weight; I'm no longer the chronically tired looking string bean.
Months 4-6 improvements:
*No more liver pain
or hip or leg bone pain; moderate , occasional rib pain remains
^IBS approximately 80% improved
*Depression--occasionally I find myself laughing out loud at humor; this is a pleasant surprise!
*I notice NO dizziness
*Skin is much smoother (forearms less so and two small psoriasis type patches on lower legs remain
*fatigue--work comes easier--no longer push to get things done; can work at a steady pace throughout the day with little fatigue
Detox;
Detox symptoms are much less severe, but are still noticeable every few days. These include hoarseness, dry skin for a couple of days, headache,
Irritable disposition, flu-like symptoms . . .
There are serious health issues that I've not mentioned; when substantial improvement comes I'll report an update.
When feeling discouraged with my progress, I've found that rereading chapter 24 of Grant's first book, Extinguishing the Fires of Hell, helps me put things in perspective.
