I recently started using our infared sauna on a regular basis and notice that once I start sweating the top layer of my skin is easily scraped off. It only happens at the point of sweating, but it happens every time and the skin underneath is raw and smooth, what I can only imagine a chemical peel might feel like. This seems to be most prominent on my face but happens anywhere I begin sweating. I don't know if this is depleting VA but I do enjoy the warm sessions as I almost always am chilled otherwise.
