It's the Microbiome Stupid

One thing is, and I just checked, dairy fats won't probably go rancid in 30 hours at 80 degrees.   Whew, that is a relief!

I ate at least 6 cups of yogurt this weekend. Worked out for real for the first time in 3 years. Played Beat Saber and other active VR games and had a blast. Hip feeling better and just more improvements all around.

An interesting thing has happened the last week. I've started waking up around 720AM every morning, whether I went to bed early or stayed up until 1am the night before. I looked it up and the microbiome dictates circadian rhythm. It's actually bidirectional.

How many problems are really just caused by dysbiosis? 90%?

@armin  is this regular whole milk yogurt?  Are you concerned at all about the vit A content?  Have you considered whether your positive results may also be related to a calcium deficiency that the yogurt is helping to correct?

It technically is not yogurt but long fermented dairy product. We use half and half as a medium and ferment 3 specific microbes. The Vitamin A content is negligible IMO. Especially when you get to maintenance phase.

I don't think it is related to calcium as I have eaten cheese earlier at various times over the years.
